March has seen somewhat of a slower month for applicants applying for our available properties. Almost half the number of applications that were received in February have been received during the month of March.
However the team have still managed to convert these applications into approvals and lease a strong number of properties (only 1 less than February), meaning the quality of applications being received has increased significantly.
As we headed towards the Easter break the numbers of applicants attending viewings slowed, and we expect with the school holidays now upon us that the numbers will increase over the next week or so as we enter into the month of April.

Northside: Total of 23 properties leased | Vacancy Rate: 1.32%
Southside: Total of 9 properties leased | Vacancy Rate: 0.0%
